We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative (PDPA purpose limitation and proportionality). Consent preference is stored to remember your cookie banner choice.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute records. Consent strings remain until you clear site data or we change the storage key.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry payloads are handled by our same-domain form service and email systems with access limited to staff who respond to consulting requests.
Your rights

International transfers
If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed on servers located in Taiwan or where our email provider stores messages. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
