These terms govern consulting services offered by EvolveGate Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 24009620, representative Huang Wei-Ming) through evolvegate.digital and related written agreements.

Services

We provide paid programming consulting focused on cloud application architecture, including project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined only in a mutually signed statement of work or order form—not on this marketing site.

No professional relationship until agreed

Information on this website is general. A consulting relationship begins when both parties execute a written scope that lists fees, payment schedule, and acceptance criteria.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to repositories, environments, and stakeholders needed for the engagement. You represent that you have rights to share materials we need to review.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public technical and business information disclosed during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already public without breach.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a statement of work, you own deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Taiwanese law, our aggregate liability arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei City have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
